Troy and Amy Bell, with children Henry, Phoebe, Mira and Ted, are getting ready to watch some of their favourite family movies at a pop-up outdoor cinema in Lancefield next month. Lancefield Park will be transformed into an alfresco movie theatre from December 14 to 17, complete with food trucks, a licensed bar and music. Tickets to see the family-friendly films will be free-of-charge if bookings are made online before screenings. Screening will be Inside Out, Elf, The Lego Batman Movie and The Goonies. Attendees are being encouraged to bring picnic blankets – or bean bags can be hired at the park. Gates will open at 6pm on each of the four evenings.
