Paw-traits fundraise for PetRescue

Rescued pets have posed for paw-traits to fundraise for homeless animals in ruff situations.

The paw-traits star in the 2018 PetRescue calendars, which are being sold at PETstock Sunbury for $3, with all proceeds going towards helping save homeless Aussie animals.

PetRescue chief executive Vickie Davy said 12,000 pets found safe and loving homes over the Christmas and New Year period last year, thanks to the more than $110,000 raised from the sale of the calendars.

The pets featured in the calendars are all success stories of pet adoption.

Richie the greyhound can be seen in the 2018 edition. He was rescued by 10-year-old Billy, who saved his pocket money to get his dog. Richie now enjoys casserole dinners and trips to the beach.

Calendars can also be bought online at www.petstock.com.au.
