Annual Golf Day

The Werribee Lions club will once again be hosting the Graham Fenton Lions Charity Golf Day. The Golf Day will be held on Monday, October 23 at 11am, at the Werribee Park Golf Club, K Road, Werribee South. A barbecue lunch will be provided, with a 12.30pm shotgun start, followed by a dinner and presentations. Individual entry is $40.

Wyndham Relay For Life

Wyndham Relay For Life is a 24 hour fundraising event organised by Cancer Council Victoria and a local volunteer committee. An expo-style launch of the 16th season of Relay For Life in Wyndham will be held at the Hoppers Club, 180 Pannam Drive, Hoppers Crossing on October 24 from 6-9pm.

St Vincent’s Hospital Open Day

In view of the opening of the new Werribee hospital next year, an open day will be held on November 26 between 12-4pm. Dance performances from local dance schools and a kids activity corner will also be provided. At 240 Hoppers Lane, Werribee.

Almost Maine

Wyndam Theatre Company and Werribee Secondary College are joining forces to put on a comedy called Almost Maine.

The play will be performed at the Joy Bevan Theatre (WSC auditorium) at 7.30pm on October 13 and 14. A 2.30pm matinee show will be performed on the 14th.
