Great way to get moving

Sunbury Community Health is offering free Tai Chi on the Village Green. Bernadette will help lead Tai Chi on the Green this year, together with Jacquie Blight from Sunbury Community Health.

Discover the power and pleasure of using rhymes, songs and stories to help with everyday life through Cobaw Community Health’s children’s program at Woodend library. Starts tomorrow (Wednesday), 10-11.30am. Suitable for children up to the age of four.
