LGBTI social support

Mix and mingle at a social and support group get-together for transgender, gender-diverse, gender-fluid or gender- questioning people aged 12-25, who live, work or play in Macedon Ranges. The next gathering is August 23 at Woodend Community Centre, corner High and Forest streets, Woodend.

Cool for Kids

Help kids with cancer and their families and friends at a night of music, fun and dancing when The Naturally Cool Big Band performs at Sunbury Bowling Club from 7.30pm, August 20. Tickets: $30; proceeds to Royal Children’s Hospital.

Bush dance for Kidzone

A community bush dance will raise funds for Kidzone OSHC Romsey on Saturday, August 20, at Kerrie Hall. There will be a dance caller, silent auction, great food and more. Family tickets $25, singles $15 from Romsey post office, Ray White Romsey or Encourage Church.

Bluelight disco

Get to know your community police volunteers at the upcoming Bluelight disco at Sunbury Memorial Hall, 6-8pm, August 26. Gear up in footy colours. Entry is $7.
